At TLC Images, Tammy L. Coghill specializes in capturing the wonders of the natural world. Her passion lies predominately in photographing breathtaking landscapes, colorful birds, serene water scenes, fanciful insects and textures in the natural environment. Many of her subjects are found in and around the marshes, swamps and waters of coastal South Carolina. Her travels often include a side trip to National Wildlife Refuges and Management Areas as well as community gardens and public parks for new subjects and locales.

She enjoys playing with light, shadow, texture and motion in her work as well as showcasing the simple elegance of flora and fauna in a natural state. Personal challenges outside of nature include texture and design in the built environment, astrophotography, aeronautics such as rocket launches and air shows, and exploring creative techniques in-camera as well as in the digital darkroom.

A member of the Carolinas Nature Photographer's Association and the Charleston Artist Guild, Tammy is continually seeking ways to improve and expand her photographic knowledge and capabilities.
